Job Title: Mid-Level IT Support Technician

Location: Evansville, IN (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15.00 – $40.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

 

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mid-Level IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a technical problem-solver who enjoys variety—ranging from basic workstation setups to helping managing complex network and server environments. You will support a robust Windows ecosystem featuring a mix of onsite hardware and cloud-based systems. Key

Responsibilities:

1. System Maintenance: Perform PC setups, hardware diagnostics, and software installations.

2. Technical Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting for Windows environments, including onsite and cloud-based servers.

3. Network Support: Assist with networking tasks and server maintenance.
4. Documentation: Maintain organized records of tickets, system changes, and inventory.

5. Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks independently while following team directions to meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a Windows-based IT support role.

1. Technical Skills: Strong grasp of hardware/software troubleshooting and cloud infrastructure.
2. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
3. Character: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will also have a more advanced tech to call for backup.
4. Reliability: A consistent track record of dependability and professional conduct.
